Which eventualities are covered by the TicketProtect Guarantee?

The three scenarios below are covered by the Buyers Guarantee and allow you to claim a refund.

1) When the tickets you have received appear to be fraudulent and/or admission to the event is denied:
Budgetticket sells 100% authentic tickets. We acquire the tickets through our extensive international network. Should it happen that you will be denied access to the event for which you purchased tickets at Budgetticket, you will receive a 120% refund of the complete purchase price including shipment- and service costs from Budgetticket. In order to receive the refund you are required to contact the customer service department of Budgetticket in writing claiming your refund within 5 days after the even took place. Further, you are required to return the tickets to Budgetticket.  

2) When the tickets have not been delivered in time:
Budgetticket strives to send you the tickets as soon as possible. In case you do not receive the tickets in time before the event due to a mistake of Budgetticket, you are entitled to a refund of 120% of the total purchase price including shipment- and service costs. However, we hereby point out that no rights can be drawn from TNT’s failure to deliver. In order to receive a refund due to late delivery of your tickets caused by a mistake of Budgetticket you need to contact the customer service department of Budgetticket in writing claiming your refund within 5 days from the time that your tickets should have been delivered.

3) When the event is cancelled and there is no replacement event scheduled:
In case the event that you bought tickets for is cancelled, Budgetticket will offer you similar replacement tickets subject to availability. Alternatively you are entitled to a refund of the complete purchase price including shipment- and service costs. Please contact our customer service within 5 days after the cancellation of the event is announced in order to check availability of replacement tickets or to claim your refund. All refund claims need to be done in writing. Tickets that were already sent to you need to be returned to Budgetticket by registered mail. Obviously, replacement tickets can only be issued to you subject to availability.
