What terms and conditions apply if I want to claim a refund according to the TicketProtect Guarantee?
In order to claim a complete refund of the purchase price according to the TicketProtect Guarantee; you need to contact the customer service department of Budgetticket in writing within 5 days after the event took place (or respectively within 5 days after the tickets should have been delivered to you or within 5 days of the announcement of the cancellation of the event). In case tickets were already shipped to you, you also need to return these to Budgetticket.
