If you are not at home when the postman wants to deliver your tickets; he will take the envelop to your local post office from which you can pick it up from the next working day. The postman should notify you about this by leaving a note in your letterbox in order to enable you to pick up your tickets from the post office. Please remember to take your ID with you when going to pick up the tickets!
