About David Sylvian
David Sylvian was born on February 23, 1958 in Beckenham, Kent. He was once a member of the popular band named Japan along with Rob Dean, Mick Karn, Steve Jansen and Richard Barbieri. Music was already in David Sylvian’s veins. He, together with his brother, used to escape from their parents to play music. He used to play 2-chord numbers with Mick or David as the front man. He thought he could never play music freely until his parents gave him a guitar as present on the Christmas Eve of 1973. He experienced several downs in his career but he managed to stand up and now, no one could ever make him feel down again especially that he is now doing one of his greatest dreams – world tour!
